News In Delhi : The legislature has rejected reports about re-presenting Rs 1000 notes months after Prime Minister Narendra Modi proclaimed old Rs 500 and Rs 1000 division notes as illicit delicate.

"No arrangements to present Rs 1000 note. Center is around creation and supply of Rs 500 and lower category notes," Economic Affairs Secretary Shaktikanta Das said
