New Delhi: A Delhi
Court has prearranged seven days' caging to a driver who had supposedly
misbehave with the police in an high order, and said "such offender
required to be dealt with an level hand".
"Drunk driving is a peril and it requires to be deal
with an iron hand," municipal Magistrate Pankaj Sharma said in his order
deliver on August 3.
The Magistrate and noted that in the direct case driver
Harvinder Pal Singh misbehaved by the police official after being issue
'challan' (punitive token) on August 2.
According to the action, on August 2 at about 11.25 pm, Mr
Singh was driving a vehicle below the control of alcohol in a way which was
dangerous to public at big. He was stopped by the police officer, while Mr
Singh misbehaved.
A case was registered against Mr Singh at Tuglak Road police
station below different sections of the Motor Vehicles Act.
In the court, accuse Mr Singh claimed that he was not in the
pressure of alcohol. However, on since the record which complete that he was
below the pressure of alcohol, Mr Singh pleaded likely to all the offences.
